維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全是全社會(huì)共同責(zé)任，需要政府、企業(yè)、社會(huì)組織、廣大網(wǎng)民共同參與，共筑網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防線。河南省委網(wǎng)信辦副主任趙小平說，網(wǎng)信部門始終把維護(hù)廣大人民群眾的網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)益，作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。每年舉辦網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全宣傳周活動(dòng)，廣泛宣傳普及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全知識(shí)技能，目的就是幫助廣大網(wǎng)民提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識(shí)，更好防范網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
